What is an "AutoShip" or "AutoOrder?
An AutoShip is a monthly standing order that is automatically charged to your credit card. Your AutoShip order will be placed every month around the same business day of each month.The current autoship is either $79 1 night value season or $149 2 nights value season.

What is the minimum autoship for retail customers, or Brand Partners?
The $79 1 nitght autoship order .

How do I cancel, view, or edit my Autoship?
If you are a Brand Partner, in your back Office, click on the Autoship quick link, then "Autoship" You can then click on "View edit autoship" to make any changes.

Does a Brand Partner have to be on an Autoship?
No, it is one of the options or conditions of maintaining the Brand Partner sales volume requirements in case you do not have enough customer volume accumulated. The system also tracks your own personal sales.

Are autoships refundable?
Yes, if done within 14 days of charge.  You can cancel your AutoShip any time prior to your next charge and you will no longer be charged automatically in the future.

How do I qualify for commissions and bonuses if I go off AutoShip?
You must generate the appropriate amount of sales volume for each type of bonus.  See compensation plan overview for details. 

How long does it take for my commissions to be deposited in my account?
We currently only offer a paper check. Checks are mailed 10 days after the close of the Bi-Weekly commissions and on the next pay cycle for Monthly commissions. We will be offering direct deposit in the near future.

What kind of credit cards do we accept?
FVN accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

How do I view a copy of my purchases, for Brand Partners and Customers? 
Click on Orders, then Your Orders in your back-office.

Why do I have to provide a SSN and W-9?
In order for Brand Partners to get paid their bonuses and commissions, you need to provide a SSN, so we can issue a 1099 at the end of the calendar year.  We will also require a completed W-9 before paying you commissions.  If it is not received we will simply hold your commissions until such time that we receive it.  It is our responsibility as a company to collect all tax payer data.

Why do I have to submit a notarized Seller of Travel?
The Seller of Travel is a legal requirement of the State of Florida for those who either solicit or sell vacations. FVN pays for this license in the spirit of running a legal business entity and to ensure it's longevity in the market place.

How can a customer upgrade to a Brand Partner?
That customer would need to call customer support at (800)399-0271 and request to upgrade to Brand Partner status.
